[IRCA] Call change Sacto 1240 ??

Whatever happened to the pending call change for Sacramento on 1240 to
KSAC?  Heard noon ID 1/15 & it was still KSQR....Incidentally they did
something to jack up their signal.  They used to be about 55/45 over
KNRY here.  Now they are more like 90/10...Ever since they went to Air
America....Ideas anyone?  Art, did you or Rich tinker with their tower?
