[IRCA] Changes in Washington-Baltimore radio scene

810 WYRE was off yesterday 12/17 and is now // to WCTN 12/18.  Dual ID at TOH.  
Format is Spanish talk.  I am not sure of the network.  It might be a local thing 
because I hear a lot of mentions to places in Maryland. (wjh-MD)

950 WCTN is now Spanish Talk // WYRE 810 see above. First heard with this format 
12/17. Was Korean Religious.  (wjh-MD)

1050 WFED A unique format is now on the air.  First noted here 12/17 The station is 
devoted to serving Federal Government employees.  Their web site is at
