It is a little known fact that Swedish is very similar to English.

For an instant translation, simply take an English word and invert the last 
two letters to reveal the Swedish equivalent.

i.e. English is Englihs. Friend is Friedn

It's as easy as that.

Pronunciation is a bit more difficult.
