Patrick,
     Usually the Reedsport one is the strongest here, so it was a nice 
change to hear Astoria dominating.  From a check of the FCC site, it seems 
the WA DOT station was likely from Tacoma.   I enjoy going after the 
TIS/HAR stations, but for some reason they haven't been as good this season 
as last.
