[IRCA] Turks is beating up the TISs

For the last hour at least, Turks and Caicos has been quite unChristian 
with the local TISs here in Victoria, completely swamping the poor little 
things.  In the past, this has been an indication of good high latitude 
conditions, but no TA's here, this morning was very poor, and even Mike 
Stonebridge has turned to domestic DX...
