CUBA  on shortwave bands in 0300-0315 UT time slot.

Both 11670 kHz S=9+15 and 11840 kHz S=8-9 carriers were on air,
but NO AUDIO modulation at all could be observed so far  !

9790 CRI in English via Cuban TITAN Quivican San Felipe relay site,
at 0315 UT July 11.
Item of the destroy clashes on CHINA diplomatic consulate in Turkish
Istanbul, against Chinese politic with their Uighur muslim minority, on the
11 million Turk language Uighur nationals in western China,
formerly called Turkestan separate nationals in past centuries.

Noted also on remote SDR unit in Detroit MI near Canadian border area:

15230 RHC S=8-9 backlobe signal,
13740.008 S=9+15
9710 RHC Sp S=7-8 fluttery
9535 RHC SP S=8-9
6165 RHC En at 0307 UT July 11, S=9+10dB strength.
6060 POWERHOUSE Sp at S=9+35dB level.
6000 POWERHOUSE En at S=9+35dB level.
5040 RHC Sp at S=8-9 level,
5025 R Rebelde, Sp S=8-9, Julio Iglesias singer great performance.
4765 Rather poor mid northern summer season signal,
    R Progreso only S=6 signal via Bejucal 50 kW tx site

CUBA. 9530, July 9 at 0208, pulse jamming too close for comfort to 9535
RHC Spanish. Timed at rate of 100 per minute, and sounds the same as
others on 7430 and 6080. 9530 seems new to me; happens to be two times
4765, the R. Progreso frequency, but I suppose coincidental.
