[HCDX] whine howl signal for Voice of Nigeria Abuja site ...

NIGERIA  15120  At 06-07 UT Voice of Nigeria's English sce to the northern
Africa target suffers again an very annoying whine howl audio signal, on
remote Perseus screen a broadband peak fence visible of 27 x times every
796 Hertz distance apart between 15098.5 and 15141.4 kHz range !

English program was heard at 0615 UT about traditional households, and
marriage culture. S=9+25dB here in southern Germany.

But from 0630 UT the Nigeria signal weakens down, and co-channel CRI Chinese
program from 500kW Beijing unit comes well ahead channel.

Nigeria is not on 7255v at 05-07 UT slot today.
Belarus Radio Minsk Kalodzicy heard on even frequency 7255.0 kHz,
and no 7254.9v kHz string was seen so far.
