[HCDX] Uruguay SW update
URUGUAY Sarandí 6045 & 6125 SODRE R. Uruguay, active again. The first one, stronger than previous days but suffering from the same saturated/distorted audio; the latter on the contrary barely audible. (Horacio Nigro, Dec 6)
