Russia, 6170, Voice of Russia, Khabarovsk, 1113-1130,  Noted a female in
Chinese language commentary and news.  During news, some Russian language
noted from quoted individuals.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, November 
21, 2009)

Russia, 6135, Deutsche Welle, Irkutsk, 1120-1130,  Noted steady Chinese 
language
comments and news.  At 1126 canned ID as, "... Deutsche Welle...". then 
continued
with comments.  Signal was good.   Looked for parallel broadcast, but all 
parallel
listed freqs were silent.  (Chuck Bolland, November 21, 2009)
