Hello, On November 1, 2009 I was DXing the medium wave band and tuned on WKBN, Youngstown, Ohio, 570 KHZ. WKBN went off the air briefly at 0824 UTC and I was able to pick up the Spanish speaking station on this frequency that I hear regularly but is more or less covered up most of the time. This station was periodically broadcasting bursts of Morse and I could hear time pips along with the male announcer. Was this possibly radio Reloj in Cuba? I thought that someone in the HCDX group will know. Thank you! Rich Brock Near Pittsburgh, Pa, USA
