Mention of San  Carlos. Threshold signal but occasional peaks up

** GUINEA. 7125, Radio Conakry, 1930-2040+, Oct 30, for the past
several  weeks I have only heard an open carrier with no modulation
on this frequency  but heard today with Afro-pop music and French 
talk. Gone at 2113 check.  Fair signal strength & good modulation.

Oct 31, talk in  listed Malagasy. Short breaks of music. Poor. Weak.

French  talk. âRadio Maliâ ID. Surprised to hear a US pop tune at 
2358. National  Anthem at 0000. Fair to good but occasional

** SLOVAKIA. 7200 NF, Radio Slovakia Int, *0229-0240+, Oct 31, 
sign on  with English ID, IS, and into Spanish talk. Good signal but
slightly mixing  with Sudan starting at 0236. (Brian Alexander, PA) 
 
** U.S.A. 6890, Family Radio-Okeechobee, Florida, 0303-0310, 
Oct 31,  strong with Spanish talk. Family Radio now on this frequency 
eliminating any  chance of hearing Radio Fana at this time period.

Oct 31,  tune-in to Afro-pop music. Local drums at 1759. Time pips,
English ID &  English news at 1800. IDs at 1803, 1807. Swahili talk
