Japan, 21560, NHK World, 1400-1430,  Noted a program of news, commentary and features in English language, mainly about Japan and other Asian countries.  "That was the news from NHK WORLD". More features followed until the half hour.  Signal was good.  (Chuck Bolland, October 29, 2009)

Spain, 21570, Radio Exterior Espana, 1415-1430,  Noted a couple of "hombres" in Spanish language conversation.  Also heard parallel program on 21610, and 21540 KHz, 
with good signals.  (Chuck Bolland, October 29, 2009)  Excuse my humor.

Saudi Arabia, 21640, BSKSA, 1418-1425,  Noted a male in Arabic language comments
with music in the background.  Signal was very good.  (Chuck Bolland, October 29, 2009)  

Libya, 21695, Voice of Africa, 1420-1430,  Noted a female in English language comments with music between comments.  It's difficult to hear clearly the comments
since the audio is slightly muffled. ID at 1440 after the news, "You have been listening to the Voice of Africa..."  Other than that, the signal was good.  (Chuck Bolland, October 29, 2009)
