Harjot, I am sorry, but I went back through some old e-mails from you and never found anything that indicated I was the only free member of GRDXC. As a matter of fact, your description of this and other events doesn't match what I have received.
I think I will stay with the other DX groups I belong to who make the hobby more enjoyable and treat me as a true friend.
In spite of the tone of your e-mail below, I would still like to wish the best of DX to you and the rest of GRDXC.

Please let us know how long have you been associated with GRDXC and what your contribution has been so far to GRDXC ?Does your limited experience with GRDXC warrant you to pass your opinion on the club and your "negative experience" in a forum like Hardcore DX ?
When you joined you were informed that you are the only free member in the club and we gave you membership in the hope to get regular DX contributions from you but despite being member for 1 week we didn't recieve any DX tip from you,not even a carbon copy.By the way you were only given membership to Globe Radio DX Yahoogroups and not GRDXC CORE Members Area.
There are a some members in Hard Core DX who were members of GRDXC since 2001 but never sent any contribution for GRDXC.
GRDXC was free from 2001 to August 2009 with about 200 members but very less participation by some "sleeping members".So we decided to let in only those members who were genuine "active" dxers and who are still passionate about DXing despite the setbacks this hobby has suffered.
It is not a race to include more numbers in the club or collecting funds,it is all about faith in the club and participation in it.

Your experience has strengthened our resolve to finish free for all membership altogether and to give membership only to participating members as GRDXC is all about sharing and participation and not about "sleeping members".Each and every member is very busy in their life and not only the ones who dont participate.Number of members and consequently membership fees dont matter to us.This may not be true for other clubs who have even started including FM,TV DXing etc but we have stuck to only SW and at the most MW DXing since 2001.You must have checked the 8000 or so archives of Globe Radio DX Yahoogroups by now which prove we have not strayed away from SW,MW DXing.
