[HCDX] unident

Unident, 9680,  1015-1036+  Noted a station in the French language mixing
with Indonesia.  Noted a male in French comments during the period.  Checked
both AOKI and EIBI and didn't see any French scheduled on this freq until later
in the day when Romania uses it.  Romania is scheduled to use French during
this time period but on 11830, 15240, 15380 and 17785 KHz.  WYFR uses 
French during this hour on 09625 and 11970 KHz.  I checked those freqs and 
didn't hear anything.  Signal was fair and fading in and out.  (Chuck Bolland, October 25, 2009)


Magna.zip had a problem with the down load zip file.  I guess when
I was uploading, it got hit by something which made it incomplete.  
Anyway, the problem has been fixed and Magna.zip can be download
