[HCDX] Solomon Islands

Solomon Islands, 5020, SIBC, 1038-1100,  Noted SIBC right on their assigned frequency
this morning with a male in Pidgin comments.  Being rather late already, the signal was
very poor at my location.  (Chuck Bolland, October 8, 2009)

The following three loggings were made during a power blackout which occurred
between 2250 to 0100 UTC on October 7 to 8, 2009.

Bolivia, 5952.46, Emisoras Pio XII, 2343-2350,  Noted a male and female in Spanish

Peru, 6019.30, Radio Victoria, 2345-2359,  Noted a male in Spanish language
comments during the period.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, October 7, 2009)

Bolivia, 6155.21, Radio Fides, 2350-2359,  Noted a male and female in Spanish
language comments.  Signal was fair.  (Chuck Bolland, October 7, 2009)

I would have done more listening, but my power pack ran out.  Without any 
power in the neighborhood, the listening was rather clean and pleasant.  Outside
the stars were clear and bright.  Without any light, the night critters came out
in force.  I almost stepped on a snake while walking along in the dark.  This is
Florida done you know?
