Peru, 6019.32, Radio Victoria, 2354-2359  After notching out the overwhelming stronger China National Radio on 6020, noted a male in Spanish language comments from Radio Victoria.  Unfortunately, I was
only able to hear Victoria until the hour when she either faded away or
went off the air?  (Chuck Bolland, October 2, 2009)  

Bolivia, 6155.20, Radio Fides, 0011-0020,  With a very weak signal, noted
a female in Spanish language comments.  Also heard music in there
too.  Signal was difficult to pull out of the noise and chatter.  (Chuck
