Re: [HCDX] [shortwaveworld] Fri Morn Dx

Please correct my 9750 logging of Voice of Malaysia for today September 25, 2009, to an Unident for now. There's some question about it. Thank you and sorry for the confusion

Brazil, 5970, Radio Itatiaia, 0935-1000, Noted a male and
female in Portuguese language comments which included
TC's. At 0945 canned promos and ADs. Afterwards the male
and female return in comments. Signal was poor. (Chuck
  Bolland, September 25, 2009)

Peru, 6019.32, Radio Victoria, 0950-1000, Noted a male in
Spanish Language religious discourse. This continues during
the period. Splatter from nearby stations increase the
difficulty to hear any details other than the above. Signal
was poor. (Chuck Bolland, September 25, 2009)

Bolivia, 3310.00, Radio Mosoj Chaski, 0956-1005, Noted a
female in Spanish Language comments. She continues
with her comments thru the top of the hour. There's plenty
of crashes on this band. At 1003 music is presented.
Signal was fair. (Chuck Bolland, September 25, 2009)

Papua New Guinea, 3385, Radio East New Britian,(pres),
1005-1015, Noted a male in steady Tok Pisin (?) comments.
Audio is very down and difficult to hear. Signal was poor. (Chuck
  Bolland, September 25, 2009)

Bolivia, 4700, Radio San Miguel, 1016-1030 Noted a male
and female in Spanish language comments. Male gives
TC at 1019 and then back to conversation. At 1020
a conversation with a call in on the telephone. Signal
was fair. (Chuck Bolland, September 25, 2009)

China, 5030, China National Radio, 1023-1035, Noted two males
and a female in Chinese comments which is over music in the
background. Signal was fair to good. (Chuck Bolland,
  September 25, 2009)

Indonesia, 9525.85, Voice of Indonesia, 1031-1040, Noted a
female in comments. Couldn't distinguish the language since
the signal was really poor this morning. However, EIBI lists
English during this period. (Chuck Bolland, September 25,
  2009)

Indonesia, 9680, RRI Jakarta, 1035-1045, Noted a female
in Indonesian language comments as she presented
ballad type music. Signal was good. (Chuck Bolland,
  September 25, 2009)

China, 9725, China Radio International, (pres) 1039-1045,
Noted a female in Russian language comments. At
1042 possible ID by a male in Russian. Afterwards,
the female returns in comments. Chinese language
promos at 1045, then into Russian again. Heard
a phrase "radio ross". Not sure of the Ross spelling,
but sounded like Rose. Signal was good. (Chuck
  Bolland, September 25, 2009)

Malaysia, 9750, Voice of Malaysia, (pres), 1049-1100, Noted a male and
female in possibly Indonesian (sk) language comments. Believe
the program is news as others make comments periodically. At
1058 music presented. Time ticks (5) on the hour followed
with ID's which were over my head. I couldn't catch any part of
them. Signal however, was fair to good. (Chuck Bolland,
  September 25, 2009)

Signals were rather good this morning considering how they've been in
the past. Asia was coming in with strong signals. I am starting to
feel better about this hobby at least for today. Of course to feel
good about this morning's catches, I had to disconnect my wireless
circuit, unplug my TV and drink cold coffee, otherwise I would have
had nothing but noise on the bands. I am starting to get the hang
  of this hobby I think?
