[HCDX] Tue Morn Dx

New Zealand, 6170, Radio New Zealand Int. 0943-1000,
At tune in heard a female in commentary. Signal was good.
(Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Bolivia, 4699.95, Radio San Miguel, 0951-1000, At tune in
heard a female talking with a male on the telephone.
Signal was poor, but seemed to be improving just slightly.
(Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Indonesia, 4749.93, RRI Makassar, 0955-1005, Noted a
male in Indonesian language comments over
background music. At 1002 the Qu'ran is presented.
Signal was fair. (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

China, 5030, China Radio International One, (pres)1005-1015,
Heard at least three different persons in Chinese comments
during the period including a female. Signal was
good. (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Russia, 5920, Radio Rossii, 1012-1033, Initially noted two
males in a Russian language conversation. WBOH is just
a couple Hertz south of Rossii, but still overpowering Rossii.
I guess an earlier time would have produce better results as
Rossii was poor with QRM. (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Bolivia, 6075, Radio Causachun Coca, 1020-1030, With a very
weak signal, noted a male and female exchanging Spanish
language comments. Signal improved as the time passed
from threshold to poor. There was some fading too.
(Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Bolivia, 6134.68, Radio Santa Cruz, 1028-1035, Another very weak
signal, noted also a male and female in conversation. It seems
strange that almost every station has a male and female couple
doing the radio chores, but "it is what it is". Signal was
threshold. (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Bolivia, 6155.21, Radio Fides, 1031-1040, Here's a changed.
Noted a solo female in Spanish language comments which
seemed to be the news. At 1034 canned promos. Signal was
actually very good after tuning out the interference.(Chuck
Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Peru, 4774.93, Radio Tarma, (pres)1037-1040, Noted a threshold
signal here with female talking. The signal was too weak to
glean any other details. (Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Peru, 4824.47, La Voz de la Selva, 1042-1100, With a good
signal, heard two females in Spanish language conversation.
Later a male joins in with comments. At 1046 music is
presented. As mentioned the signal was good.
(Chuck Bolland, September 15, 2009)

Pretty productive morning here. To achieve this list of loggings,
I turned off all electrical appliances including my computer and
WiFi connection. It's amazing how much RFI is produced by
these things. Everything is enclosed in plastic these days which
doesn't stop any RFI. On the other hand, my receivers are enclosed
in a metal case, but their sensitivity is so strong, they pickup
all of the RFI produce from the gadgets I have. There's no
answer. I need them all.
