Bolivia, 6155.23, Radio Fides, 2250-2300,  Noted a male and 
female in Spanish comments.  Signal is threshold and just starting
to fade in for the evening.  Comments continue until the hour.  
At that time splatter overwhelms Radio Fides, blocking out any
audio that was heard before.  However, believe Radio Fides is
still on the air but with a very threshold signal.  (Chuck Bolland,

Peru, 6019.30, Radio Victoria, 2306-2315,  Same situation here
as with the above, noted a male in Spanish Religious comments
it seemed.  It the individual weren't shouting, it would be really
difficult to pull out any audio.  Station was threshold.  (Chuck
