Papua New Guinea, 3385, NBC, East New Britain, 0936-1012,
At tune in noticed a weak signal here with a male in comments.  
A automatic type signal was also noted on this freq making copy of
ENB difficult.  The signal improved slightly during the period however.
Before the hour, a couple of minutes of music was heard.  After
the hour a female joined the program and she and a male talked together.
The signal never improved well enough to even identify the language

Bolivia, 6134.80, Radio Santa Cruz, 1020-1030,  Noted a male in
Spanish comments which were followed with music.  Signal is almost
