Bolivia, 6155.22, Radio Fides, 2315-2359  Not a bad signal for this
early.  Heard a single male in Spanish comments for awhile until he's
joined by a female and later another male.  Signal stayed at a poor
to fair level during the period.  At 2330, I think I heard a male give
a live ID as "...Radio Fides ..." I think?.  Signal begins to
improve as it gets later but just a little. Nothing different as
the time goes by.  Lot's of noise. It's very convincing that
this is a scoccer game  as the talk gets excitable from 
the male. Signal dropped off the air at 2358.
