9645 BRAZIL Radio Bandeirantes Sao PauloÂ(Presumed) Apr 25 0658-0715. OM in Portuguese. Strained to hear ID at ToH but no luck. Noise was too high. Very weak signal, but heard before at this QTHÂand other reports recently seen (DXLD) (Barker-PA)
