Russia, 7320, Radio Rossii, 0955-1007  Noted a male in brief Russian
language comments which was followed by music.  At 0958 the male
gives ID as, "Radio Rossii" which is then followed by more comments.
At 0959 a female comments.  Signal is difficult to hear and consequently
pulling out details is a chore.  At 1000 more ID's but a boomer on 7325
comes on the air causing splatter.  The boomer is CRI broadcasting
in Japanese.  Anyway, they block Rossii well enough to cause more
problems for listening.  At the end, Rossii is at a poor to threshold level.
