Sao Tome, 4960, Affia Darufur,(relay), 0310-0330, Found a reference for
this in the WRTH under USA. During this period, Arabic is listed as the
language. Infact, noted a male in Arabic with a female sometimes joining
in. Signal was poor with crashes. Checked 9845 for a parallel, but
