Argentina, 6060, Radio Argentina al Exterior, Tent, 0930-0945,  Not sure
of this one.  Noted a female in Spanish language during the majority of the
time.  Every once in awhile, a male briefly comments.  The noise is very 
bad.
Consequently, significant details are lacking.  At 0936 the signal started 
to
fade into the noise and by 0945 it was gone.   Signal faded back to a
threshold level after the hour.   (Chuck Bolland, April 16, 2009)

Brazil, 6150, Radio Record, 0945-1000,  Noted a program of popular music
and Portuguese comments from a male. He was joined by a female at 0950.
Signal was poor at tune in, but by 0950 it seemed to be fading in just a 
little to

Bolivia, 6155.28, Radio Fides, 0952-1000,  Noted a female in Spanish
language comments.  He mentions Bolivia often in her comments.  However,
Bolivia wasn't the only place named, she mentions "Cuba", "Havana" and 
"Puerto
Rico".  At 0955 a canned ID presented but not copied.  This followed by a
male in comments, which was probably news.  Heard "Obama" mentioned.
Canned Ads before the hour.  Signal was poor to threshold.  (Chuck Bolland,
