Bolivia, 6155.25, Radio Fides, pres, 2315-2346,  Signal very weak and
just starting to fade in, noted a male and female in Spanish language
comments.  At 2324, the signal becomes more readable. Canned
promos noted at 2325.  Signal never imrpoved beyond a poor

Bolivia, 6134.79, Radio Santa Cruz, 2346-2359,  Noted a male 
in Spanish language comments at tune in.  A second male joins
with comments.  At 2350 a female in comments.  At 2359, a boomer
(Radio Romania Int.) comes up on 6135, blocking everything.
