This is from Bangalore site, not Port Blair! Which is in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Even in Brasil it may be more likely to get RRI which is in Romanian on this frequency during that hour, 300 kW, 285 degrees. But if it was really in Italian, must be RAE.
