[HCDX] Africa # 1

Two questions:

#1. Does anyone have a valid address for Africa No.1 (Gabon)?
I got a return to sender using the  193 Rue Du Faubourg Poissonniere, PAris
address. Something about no one living at this address.

#2. Has anyone gotten a QSl card from them, in case I send a nother report?
