Peru, 6019.36, Radio Victoria, 1010-1030  With a weak signal, noted a 
femaile in Spanish comments.  At 1014 canned ID with
promo, then female returns.  Signal improved by 1018 to a fair
level, but still had the splatter the usually interfers with a clean signal.

New Zealand, 6170, Radio New Zealand International, 1022-1030,
"You are listening to ... Radio New Zealand International..."  Commentary on 
the financial situation in New Zealand by males in English language.  The
