Bolivia, 5952.40, Emisoras Pio XII, 0108-0130  Noted a male and
female in Spanish language conversation.  At 0114, music presented.  
After the song, more conversation.  A third person joins the couple
with comments at 0118. but only briefly.  Considering how poor
conditions have been, this station's signal is very impressive with

Bolivia, 6155.21, Radio Fides, 0125-0130  Not much of a signal
here. Noted a male in Spanish language comments while the
signal is threshold.  I'm wondering if this is an "all nighter"
