Libya, 17725, Voice of Africa, 1445-1500  Noted a program in English of 
political and commentaries talk by various person.  At 1450
noted an ID "...Voice of Africa ..." by a female. All talk was related while 
music played in the background.    Signal was fair.

South Africa, 17750, Voice of America, 1455-1500 Noted a female in English 
conversing with a second female.  Both were discussing political topics.

South Africa, 17770, Channel Africa, 1458-1505  Just a couple of minutes 
with a good signal and a couple of ID's "... with Channel Africa ...".  On 
the hour a female ID's followed with news in English.
