Madagascar, Relay,17550, Voice of Tibet, (Cland), 1400-1427,  Came on the 
air abruptly  at 1400.  During the half hour on the air, noted a series of 
news and commentary in the Tibetan (pres) language.  Signal was good.  Had 
trouble finding this listed in WRTH 2009 or the Passport? Both EIBI and AOKI 
had it listed however.  WRTH2009 had a short mention of it on the SW 
Stations of the World section.  Not much info there.  (Chuck Bolland, March

Saudi Arabia, 17660, Saudi Radio, 1440-1500,  Noted a male in
French language commentary with bits of music.  Signal was good.

Portugal, 17745, Sudan Radio, Sines Relay,  1500-1530, Scheduled in English 
on both the EIBI and AOKI database for this time frame, but came up in 
Arabic this time at 1500.  Noted a female in Arabic news and comments.  Some 
of the news spots were in English.  Signal was good.  (Chuck Bolland, March
