Hi, I guess that is the NDB (non-directional beacon) "BM" on Batam Island, Indonesia, very close to Singapore. Its carrier frequency is 370 kHz so you would hear its morse ID on 369. The letters BM are hard to distinguish from TSM in morse code.

NDB are used in aircraft navigation, although this method of direction finding is a bit antiquated and not too precise. Better methods are available, but a lot of NDBs are still active, probably as a backup, and continue to serve as one possible field of DXing, mostly between 200 and 530 kHz.
