[HCDX] Bolivia

Bolivia, 6155.26, Radio Fides, 1018-1035,  At tune noted a male in Spanish
comments until 1021 when ID and promos heard.  This was followed with
more live comments from a female and male.  Signal was poor with noise
and believe Voice of Russia's tone signal that is often heard before their
opening.  At 2031 music is broadcasted.  (Chuck Bolland, January 21, 2009)
