[HCDX] Sun morn



Bolivia, 3310, Radio Mosoj Chaski, 1016-1035 At tune in, noted music which wasn't very audible due to the noise on the band. It 1028 noted a female and male in comments. Could not tell if they were using Spanish or Quechua. These comments continue until 1035.

Russia, 6075, Radio Rossii, 1100-1130+ Been listening to this since the beginning of the hour and with every moment the signal continued to fade in a little better and a little better. Noted only Russian language comments from a male with a few moments of comments from a female. Sounded like the jest of the comments were political. ID's periodically. Signal was fair. AOKI says this is being broadcast via Petropavlovsk. (Chuck Bolland, January 18, 2009)
