mx.  Strong FR accent on the AR and slow-speaking as if it was someone who
had full command of the lang. but could not speak it quickly.  Very good
sigs.

6379	ISRAEL, 4XZ Israeli Navy heard w/CW marker at 0050 on 07 Jan.  CW
marker as VVV DE 4XZ 4XZ BT BT.  Fair sigs.

7135	BELARUS, RS Belarus, hears at 2200 on 07 Jan in EG with news and
cultural pgms.  Good reception with just a hint of adjacent channel QRM.
Program was actually interesting!
