[HCDX] Aoki (aka Nagoya) userlist for Perseus

Hello all,

as I was informed by OM Sei-ichi Hasegawa from the Nagoya DX Circle, the 
Aoki / Nagoya list is available in Perseus userlist format from the URL

http://www2.starcat.ne.jp/~ndxc/news.htm

So there is no reformatting necessary any more.
