9390 kHz noted in Hiroshima Japan this UTC noon
{at 54 degrees direction in Japan instead},
S=8-9 at 12.50 UT on Oct 7, armchair level listened,
via Ban Dung USAM Udorn Thani relay site. English service.

9395 kHz next door, no trace of WRMI Okeechobee Florida, USA site,
poor and tiny -112dBm, lower than threshold signal in Far East Asia.
