I noted that some time ago too. But with rather stuttering

And the spectrum looked funny. Reason being that

Hello,
today 10 November 2020 from 1908UTC on 6020kHz with SINPO 45444 in the 
North of italy there is a non stop disco music transmission with ID in 
romanian language like "Radio EEMI" or similar. Same yestarday, same 
sunday 8/11/2020. Seem high power. What is this?
