on various remote SDR rxs units.7490.067 WBCQ poor S=5 or -88dBm signal into Alamabama remote unit.
At 0317 UT on Febr 8. 5800even kHz WRMI pure international music program like Satchmo+trumpet
of the 60ties, ID WRMI few times given at 01.45-02.00 UT slot,
sharp TX off at 02.00 UT. R Marti Greenville on 6125 (10kHz wideband) and 7435 kHz but also scratch
jamming co-ch noted at 02.56 UT. 6180 kHz CRI Chinese from Quivican San Felipe TITAN relay site, but noted
then also 03.00-03.02 UT with CRI English program, a much late switch by the
RadioCuba technician, heard after the switch from 03.03 UT on 5910even kHz
CRI English, S=9+20dB in remote Detroit MI rx unit.
{btw. R Nacional do Amazonia 6180 was nearly even fq, no buzz heterodyne
against CRI from Cuba anymore.} CUBA 4765even R Progreso nice Latin mx feeling, S=9+20dB signal in Alabama,
but annoying QRM by CODAR signals in 60 meterband unfortunately,
4884 to 4914, and 4763 to 4792 kHz at 02.12 UT Febr 8. Both Bauta outlets with excellent clean audio quality at 02.19 UT:
Rebelde 5025 even and RHC Sp 5040 6060 even,
S=9+30dB 9.6 kHz wide audio block visible.
Even up to 20 kHz wide on 5040 kHz channel. Also BRA R Clube do Pará 4885.024 kHz suffered, web 690 kHz player. Only 5% modulation on RHC 5999.994 kHz from TITAN 250 kW site, English but
powerhouse S=9+40dB carrier otherwise.
6145even from Bauta site at 02.40 UT. UNID 4980 a weak signal noted in AL and FL remotes,

is 500 watts from Sioux Lookout, Ontario. I was tuned to 347-USB.
382-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0708, NDB dash and YPL, which is 1000 watts from
Pickle Lake, Ontario. Both audible despite storm noise crashes from SE
USA and I hope temporary local buzz noise level. See also USA (Glenn

S9+10/20 but undermodulated; in news all about how China is coping
with the Coronavirus; did they explain why the late Dr Li was

caucuses before 1505 `World Today` discussion, calling up scholars(?)
in Glasgow and Barcelona who appear to be great admirers of China.

suptorted during `Estampas de Cuba`, non-philatelic. Something`s

7 at 1455, FM/AM spurblob constellation out of RHC 13700 at plus and
minus 65 kHz intervals. 13505 only a trace; 13895 louder than closer
13830 at least when I tune by. 13765 wipes out Radio Farda via
Lampertheim, Germany scheduled for a dekahour, 0530-1530. Something`s
always wrong at RHC. Off topic on the IRCA MW iog, and quoted on WOR 2020, Phil Karn
explains: ``I'm thinking of how these spurs could have been generated.
Given that they seemed to be centered around the main transmission, I
can easily see how a conventional plate-modulated class-C AM
transmitter could develop spurious oscillations that would appear as
harmonically related sidebands of the main signal, with the varying
high voltage (due to the modulation) frequency modulating those
spurious emissions. They could really use a new transmitter, but I

from Fargo - Harwood, North Dakota. Was tuned to 363-USB. 400-MCW kHz, Feb 7 at 0709, ND beacon AHQ, which is 25 watts from
Wahoo, Nebraska. Vs storm noise from SE USA and local buzz. See also

which is 1000 watts from Pickle Lake, Ontario.
326-MCW kHz, Feb 6 at 0712 UT, ND beacon dash and YQK, which is 200
watts from Kenora, Ontario. Both audible despite storm crash noise from the southeastern USA,
while many more were not, like the 25-watt ones. As spring and summer
oncome, LW beacon DX will become untenable (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 15700, Feb 6 at 1512, CRI Plus relay is VP only S5-S8 and
JBM; normally much stronger than RHC on band, but now much weaker, vs
15140 S9-S7, but still distorted; while 15230 is S3-S5 with good
modulation. Something`s always wrong at RadioCuba. 15140, later at 1837 Feb 6, this RHC is off, but 11760 still on. 15140
still off at 1917. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR) ** MEXICO. 730, Feb 6 at 1346, ``107.1, La Mexicana`` ID amid tunes,
i.e. 50/1 kW XEHB, Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua; the only lowband

IRCA Log, as top end is being cleared out for non-commercial

with het, seems like English but not really readable; while

modulating again after at least 5 days of dead air (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WORLD OF RADIO 2020) ** OKLAHOMA. 3740, Feb 6 at 0719 UT, JBA music and talk, local mix of
KCRC X 2 + KWGA (2780 + 960), apparently external mixing rather than
receiver-produced; 2780 harmonic is always there distorted, and --- 1390, Feb 6 at 0720 UT, as I check for KCRC // 3740 I find it`s in
dead air of stupid sports talk! Yet another AM station incapable of
unattended operation (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** TURKEY. 5960, Feb 6 at 2357, VOT IS still playing as twice-minutely
German IDs start; 0000 Feb 7, timesignal one sesquisecond late, not
recommended for navigation, opening German as today is another bonus
broadcast. Still going at 0015, but by 0028 is undermodulated with
hum. Always some error at Emirler (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 13565-CW, Feb 6 at 1514, HIFER beacon K6FRC from CA, R5, S3,

with MARS Radio 4YN, fonetik ID, carrying out a couple of phone
patches including a number in clear but I did not copy; nor much of
