It's an STA. Their current CP is to diplex with KLFE-1590 and KNTS-1680
on Bainbridge Island but they're running into issues with local building
permits. So the STA with KBRO is for license preservation, since
they've been silent since Feb 2018.

I have uploaded 2 screenshots, 1khz tone starting up again, 400hz tone 
in progress.
Also an audio clip of 1430 lsb mode, and the tone can be just heard 
starting up, same time as the screen capture, 0553. Then a clip on cw 
from 1429 where you hear a bit of tone, and then at 0557 lsb audio of 
the 400hz tone, just audable.
Remember the 1khz tone, the usb element is lost under the euro....
These files are only copied temp to the server. I haven't linked them 
yet in any pages.... Web update long overdue. Had some good logs this 
season, but all on scraps of paper around the shack so far.
