center. VERY SLOW SPEED male voice reader at 12.34 UT on Febr 13. S=9+15dB or -63dBm signal strength at remote SDR in Doha Qatar ME,
at 12.37 UT followed by SoAS singer and drums music play. fq checked against 14.996 and 15.000 kHz standard signal stations.
