** OKLAHOMA. 1390, July 13 at 0712 UT, S9+70 of dead air from local
KCRC a few km away from me, rather than stupid sports talk. Trace of
other station(s) underneath, which I might have tried to pull by
nulling if it were not so late. Guess what? It`s still DA at 1544 UT
recheck. Is no one there or paying attention on Saturday mornings?
Guess what2? Its sibling station 1640 KZLS is also DA at 1545. And
both still dead at 1846! And 2210!! They are at radically diverse
transmitter sites. How about other CTB stations on FM? 107.1 & 106.3 &
97.7 & 96.9 & 95.7 are OK at 1545. Who cares about AM? (Glenn Hauser,

happens also to be on 5025 now and even modulating. Manuel Méndez,

0447-0515, 12-07, extra time today, Spanish, usual closing time at
about 0400, comments, ID at 0502 “Radio Progreso, Cadena Nacional, la
Onda de la Alegría, transmitiendo desde La Habana…”, more comments and
Cuban songs. 15422`` - And Zacharias Liangas, Greece: ``Just now 0636
via the TWR Bonaire, signal -85 with fading width of 25 db and

** U S A. Pre-`AAAWWW` check of WBCQs July 12 at 2340 into Quebec SDR:
3265 & 5130 off. 6160 -69 Hz = 6159.931, TOMBS at S9/+10. 7490 -69 Hz
= 7489.931, FKB at S9+5/15. By 2348, however 5130 -72 Hz = 5129.928 is
also on with FKB, S9/+10 but noisy. At 2350, 3265.149 has also come on
with FKB, noisy S7/S9. I stay with 5130-. 2359 one-minute-warning tone
and wrapup, amen. Then AW about clix, ``hit-it`` and 0000 July 13, WTO
theme. Starts talking about toilet and politix before theme ends. 0003
brings up sweetheart on phone. Trimulcasting on 7490, 5130, coughs,
3265. Drinx just a little bit of Chocolate Bailey with reduced alcohol
content at the end of a day twice a week. 0016 datestamp as 12 of
July, YOOLF 2024. General monologue about protecting our Earth. If
humanity can make flush toilets, why not solve greater problems?
Angela barely gets in a word edgewise and is liable to be talked over
when she does - not in disagreement, of course. She objects to Black
cable channels - isn`t that being racist? At 0040, 5130 suddenly dumps
off the air, so I change to 3265. At 0042, he reads the basic aims of
Project 2025 -- they sound very radical and it`s hard to believe even
he would approve of them. Then they agree that P2025 is ``backlash``,
i.e. blaming the Left - ``communist Democrats``, ``nitwits are running
the country``, the Constitution being violated - implying that the
MAGAs would not. But listening to the entire hour, I do not hear them
mention *rump by name, once! At 0054 he starts to repeat
``trimulcasting``, but realizes that 5130 has gone off, that happens,
so he resets it. 0056 a bit of email. 0058 Free Radio Weekly received
but no time to quote much of it beyond my log of Ball Smacker Radio,
not credited of course. 0059 prayer, 0100 ID by Angela, and over to
Hal Turner a few sex late just as he is talking about his SW coverage.
Both 3265 and 5130 are off by 0237 recheck, probably much earlier

** U S A. 15150, Fri July 12 at 0632, NO signal from WMLK. Varies
widely by propagation/MUF but with 300 kW, there ought to be at least
a JBA carrier if on. IIRC, also absent last night, so off the air?
Note, normally silent on UT Sabbathdays only like July 13.

Other broadcast is 17-22 UT on 9275: by 1705 July 12, no signal into
Maine SDR, while neighbor 9265 WINB is good with national anthem -- is
it the only US SW station to play The SSB at s/on/off? For shame.
Still no 9275 by 1800 into other remotes (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [non]. 9670, July 13 at 0225, ``Yellow Rose of Texas``
Dixieland version, then vocal C&W. It`s the Texas Radio SW test via
Channel 292. Good S7/S9+5 into NH SDR I had up for WBCQ earlier. Not
many tunes one can enjoy listening to, over and over for an hour
