short-wave.info lists the 6 to 30 degree switch at 0030 and i have verified it happens with my recording.

Raido Thailand’s issue is... it’s a poor frequency choice for North America at the tune of day they’re doing it plus they beam over the pole to try and achieve this, I think.
I wrote a long letter years ago to the director with some suggestions. What did I get back?
