Just a reminder.
Our next conference is finally coming. The health situation will allow us to meet in Bucharest from May 20 to 22, 2022.
The venue will be the Mercure hotel in the city center. The actual conference will take place on Saturday and Sunday morning.
A welcome drink is on Friday evening.
For those, who can arrive on Thursday, we are planning a visit to the Radio Romania International’s studios on Friday, this will be confirmed at the beginning of May.
On Saturday (time to be defined) there will be a sightseeing tour of Bucharest (2 hours).
The fees are as follows:
- Conference fees: 61.95 euro (i.e. conference room & lunch for Saturday & Sunday).
- Saturday evening banquet: 31 euro.
- Tourist visit around 20/25 euro must be confirmed.
For the rooms, it's 65 euro (single) or 75 (double/twin) breakfast included.
For the reservation of the room, it will be necessary to do it by a form prepared by the hotel, so as soon as possible ask me for this form.
