started today at 17.00:19 UT as special Russia / Ukraine war Cuban Latinos
species
special OCB R Marti towards Eastern Europe,
not that Cuba program content on 13605 kHz at same 17 UT time slot.No request for the Greenville-B site outlet towards EUR found on public file
on 17690 kHz yet.
Seems data at Double Veiled character though,
ex 17680 kHz 17 – 21 UT in A24 season.

on feed from Miami to Greenville-NC, people talked always from Cuba and heard also R Marti Mixture. But Marti program was different (!!)

** U S A. 17690.000, April 3 at 1710, R. Martí in Spanish toward Ukraine, ex-17680, audible at Maryland SDR but too close to NC. S9+10/20 into UTwente --- also with ticking OTH radar ranging 17670-17710, suspiciously as if employed for jamming, but no bother on center frequency at UTwente where measured. And radar gone by 1741 recheck.
Strangely enough, neither 17690 nor 17680 in latest HFCC April 3, the only GB entries on 16m being VOA on 17530, 17850. Lower RMs for Cuba do appear. Nor does 17865, if that still apply for R. Martisky on weekends 13-17; no conflicts there. 17680 is out because now it`s NHK via France at 17-19 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
