Ugandan Clandestine 15170kHz On NOW!  View Printable Version
Saturday, June 05 2021

HCDX
The Ugandan Clandestine is on 15170khz at 1500UTC in Alaska. SINPO is
better than 44444 for me, but not quite 55555. The transmitter came on
just a tiny smidge before 1458UTC and about a minute later, program audio
started.... in progress. The African accented English was in mid sentence.
Which is what makes me think this is some kind of live feed to whatever
transmitter site they’re using. The man is switching between English and
some African language I don’t recognize.

The schedule appears to be 1500UTC on 15170 almost every day of the week.
They’re also listed on 15220 at 0600UTC every day of the week but I’ve only
heard them there UTC Monday (Alaska Sunday night)
