![Logs](http://www.hard-core-dx.com/images/hcdx/logs.gif) ** CANADA. 351-MCW kHz, Nov 8 at 0743 UT, dash and YKQ, 500-watt ND beacon at Fort Rupert - Waskaganish, Québec, which is on an inlet at the very southern end of James Bay, near the Ontario border. No problem separating from 350 RG at WRWA OKC.
346-MCW kHz, Nov 8 at 0744 UT, dash and YXL, 500-watt NDB at Sioux Lookout, Ontario (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6100, Sunday November 8 at 0816, I am unfortunately not fully asleep so check for weekly RHC Esperanto, confirmed in progress here and nowhere else on 49m. Ex-0700 UT during DST. Next broadcast ex-1500 during DST is now from 1602 on 11760 and 15140, as 13700 has just turned off. Opening gives schedule, on 6100 but missed copying the alleged time; 1600 on 11760-only; 2230 on 15730 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 15140, Sun Nov 8 at 1439, `En Contacto` has already started on RHC: not a word from ailing Arnie to be heard, as Marta Ríos reads his script about solar activity, including mailbag acknowledgements, one from February 2020 --- so an old show? One other voice is the AER guy with monthly DX report from Spain, which is about only 3 stations: V of Mongolia, R Clube do Pará, and RAE on 5800, failing to mention that`s a detested WRMI relay; and as always laboriously spelling out p-mail contact addresses. // frequencies on now include 11760, 13740 & 13700 lacking spurs, 15230 suptorted. Something`s always wrong at RHC. For fun, I check the RHC website for B-20 frequency schedule: http://www.radiohc.cu/de-interes/frecuencias Would you believe this is still dated Abril 2016-Noviembre 2016?!?! Something`s very wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 2059 monitoring: Also confirmed, UT Sunday Nov 8 at 0433 about 10 minutes into, on WA0RCR, 1860-AM, Wentzville MO, so started circa 0423, S9+20 direct. Next: 0030 UT Monday WRMI 7730 to WNW 0130 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to NE 0230 UT Monday WRMI 7780 to NE, 5800 to SSE 0400vUT Monday WBCQ 6160v Area 61 to WSW 0430 UT Monday WRMI 9955 [jammed?] to SSE 1900vUT Monday IRRS 7290 Bulgaria to WNW, 594-Italy 0100 UT Tuesday WRMI 7780 to NE 0330 UT Tuesday WRMI 5800 to SSE 1030 UT Wednesday WRMI 5850 to NW [new? unconfirmed] 2200 UT Wednesday WBCQ 7490v to WSW 2300 UT Wednesday WRMI 9955 [jammed?] to SSE 0100 UT Thursday WRMI 7780 to NE Full schedule including AM, FM, webcasts, satellite, podcasts: http://www.worldofradio.com/radioskd.html Thanks this week for financial support from Chris Campbell, OH who along with a contribution via PayPal to woradio at yahoo.com says: ``I just want you to know how much I appreciate all of your efforts and years of information. I also love tips for rational living!!!`` Contributions via PayPal not necessarily in US funds. One may also contribute via money order or check in US funds on a US bank to Glenn Hauser, P O Box 1684, Enid OK 73702. (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 1150, Nov 8 at 0736 UT, besides KSAL Salina KS, I am hearing Sousa march music, must be the scheduled DX test from KSEN Shelby, Montana. Yes, 0737 very slow Morse Code MCW IDs: VVV DE KSEN, with call repeated so many times I lose count. 0739 sweep tones; 0740 I switch from the DX-398 with internal antenna only somewhat nulling KSAL, to the R75 with E-W longwire where KSAL is more solid, but still hearing underneath, KSEN now with continuous tone. 0742, phone-off-the-hook pulse sounds. So that`s it. As I said, unheard 24 hours earlier, and it turns out that test was deficient at low power. Tonight it`s widely heard from coast to coast at least. Shelby is near Cut Bank, on I-15, only some 35 miles south of Alberta (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 2040 UT November 8 _ Hard-Core-DX mailing list Hard-Core-DX@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/hard-core-dx http://www.hard-core-dx.com/

![Logs](http://www.hard-core-dx.com/images/hcdx/logs.gif) ** GERMANY. 9669.850, Nov 7 at 1946, JBA music from Channel 292, needs LSB tuning to avoid splash from much stronger 9675 music, Turkish from Sa`udi Arabia. I`m checking it direct only to here. Has been testing with new rotatable hi-gain antenna with 10 kW. Website has detailed skedgrid for 9670 and other frequency programming, but nothing specific here and now. It`s so small that it`s hard to make out the programs, and low-res so zooming it up makes the blurs larger, revealing that most of the 24/7 hours are not yet booked in English and German. The azimuths to around here are 248-293-338, i.e. 45 degrees apart. Can there be any setting between, or only in these 8 steps? Rohrbach is in SE Germany west of Austria, and my NGS globe shows the direxion to Enid is: 308 degrees so we are 15-30 degrees split between. Others have reported same frequency offset within a couple Hz. Seems a little weaker after 2000, maybe beam change.
Texas Radio Shortwave planned test to NAm via Channel 292 on 9670v, UT Sun Nov 8 at 0300-0400. At 0253 I start listening via TWR Raleigh NC SDR: some VP music averaging S3; at UTwente S6-S7 but not enough. After 0300 I cannot recognize it as TRSW for sure; still same at Raleigh and UTwente. Nothing here in OK, nor to noisy Maine SDR. Just heard QSL announcement at 0315-0316. Brasil 9665- is much stronger everywhere. Clearly WRMI is preferable for TRSW to here, as tried on 5800, 24 hours earlier, which I reported and QSLed (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A [non]. 13590.059, Nov 7 at 1936, fair S7-S9 in Amerenglish, off-frequency, VOA? Yes, scheduled this hour only via Pinheira, SÃO TOMÉ, now well-known for its frequency-imprecision. Another VOA service is on ``13590``, Ashna Radio at 13-14 via UAE site, likely with a different offset. In between, others via Lampertheim, Kuwait likely closer to 13590.00 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. WORLD OF RADIO 2059 monitoring: confirmed Saturday November 7 from 2033.7 on WA0RCR, 1860-AM, Wentzville MO, S9+10 steady local quality signal into nearby Warrenton MO KiwiSDR. Back at 2026, Amateur Radio Newsline was ending, then Vern spent a few minutes about scheduling of St Louis-area repeater nets. Also confirmed Sat Nov 7 at 2300 on WRMI 7780, VP here but definitely. This relatively new airing has disappeared from the WRMI skedgrid, replaced by something else, so I removed it from my WORsked --- but checking it anyway, there I am. Also confirmed, UT Sunday Nov 8 at 0433 about 10 minutes into, so started circa 0423, S9+20 direct. (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** U S A. 17775-, Nov 7 at 2013, KVOH is still on at S9+30 but dead air; by 2020 modulation has resumed in talk. DST sked showed Saturday-only English closing SW at 2000 UT, so I guess it`s now 2100* altho final hour was supposed to be `Music in the Afternoon` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 0534 UT November 8 _ Hard-Core-DX mailing list Hard-Core-DX@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/hard-core-dx http://www.hard-core-dx.com/

GERMANY BAVARIA ch292 I guess today Nov 11 at 10.15 UT use the older TX reserve unit, 9670.0 even kHz exact, but in western Europe only -106dBm or S=3 signal during our winter season.
