Back on Mon May 10th at 0601UTC in Alaska, I had a mysterious 15520khz
transmission with a man in african accented english and french, swapping
between the two.. going on and on about Uganda, our brothers, our struggle,
our government. This was most certainly not a preacher and sounded like a
clandestine political type broadcast. The audio cut out a few times, like
it was a live broadcast fed from this guys location to whatever transmitter
site this was.

At the end of the show, it sounds like he put his phone up to the
microphone and played a song over the air like that then after about 21 1/2
minutes, 2 studio quality english ACA/pop songs played like they were
played from a computer at the transmission site and not a live feed from
this guys studio.

I have ZERO idea who this is or where it came from and no idea where to
even begin. Anyone have any idea?

FRS on air Whit Sunday May 23rd
On Whit Sunday May 23rd , the Free Radio Service Holland will take to 
the airwaves with a 4 hour broadcast.
On this occasion, programmes will commence at 15:52 UTC/ 17:52 CEST and 
close down will be at 20:05 UTC/ 22:05 CET.  Programmes will be aired on 
7700//5790 kHz as well as on 3920 kHz.
It will be a special broadcast dominated by 1970s only music and: a 
number of  radio related items will be aired, all relating to that era. 
All mail from March will be handled in our shows.
Catch us on Whit Sunday….the best in 1970s music, many interesting 
(radio) related items, letters/ e-mails. It will be worth while to tune 
in! Reports but moreover: personal comments and criticism are more than
