SPAIN Today on new A-21 season REE Noblejas heard only on two channels around 19.15 UT:
Flamenco singer program. 11940 kHz S=9+10dB -73dBm both in Europe, Greece, as well as in KiwiNet Bonaire installation unit. And stronger at S=9+35dB in Greece towards NE/ME on 15520 kHz, S=9+15dB in Bonaire remotedly. 73 wb ----- Original Message ----- From: "Glenn Hauser via Hard-Core-DX" Sent: Sunday, March 28, 2021 9:03 PM
Subject: [HCDX] Glenn Hauser logs March 28, 2021 SPAIN. 15520, March 28 at 1455, new A-21 REE frequency is S9 with silly ballgame to ME, ex-12030; but new N American frequency 17855 is missing, supposed to begin at *1400 weekends; nor on ex-9690 either. Off to a great start. 11940 to SAm is VP. As usual the ME frequency is best for us off the back if there is none thisaway! Propagation MUF insufficient for 17855? No, should work over totally-insolated daypath, if not later into the night. But only signal on 16m is JBA 17630 CRI Mali. I check various remotes: at 1533, Maine is getting zero on 17855 & 9690; at 1535, RSA is getting zero on 17855 & 15520; Kuwait is getting 15520 OK, nothing on 17855 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) This report dispatched at 1904 UT March 28 _ Hard-Core-DX mailing list

WORLD OF RADIO HITLIST A-21 UPDATE
Hi Glenn, My latest Hitlist update. https://www.w4uvh.net/hitlist.htm 1) UTC offset notations updated for DST changes in Croatia, Germany, Greece, Romania, and Spain 2) Chad - R Ndarason Int: Added links to this station 3) Germany - Media Broadcast: Updated link to redirect to A-21 schedule 4) Norway - RNEI: Added links to this station 5) Spain - REE: Deleted link to old B-20 frequency schedule Unless there's a major change anywhere, the next update will be in one week to take account of DST change in NZ. Best wishes and 73 (Alan Roe) ** CHINA [non]. 11880, March 28 at 1459, S9+20 open carrier, as CRI relay is back down here for A-21, usual switch from 15700 during B-20. Wow, successfully starts modulating at 1500, ID as ``CRI Plus Radio``, into Commie Party ``news``. Somewhat undermodulated but with this bigsig one can safely upturn the volume. Why 11 MHz in summer and 15 MHz in winter is not clear; some propagation model calls for that? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA. 6060, March 28 at 0603, once again this RHC English suffers from big humbuzz. 6000 has just cut off; // 6100 is undermodulated with somehum but tolerable. Something`s always wrong at RHC (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** CUBA [and non]. 13605, March 28 at 1452, R. Martí has made its totally predictable and registered A-season switch from 13820, VG here and if there is any jamming, inaudible; while 13820 still has wall-of-noise jamming against nothing. Something`s always wrong at the incompetent DentroCuban Jamming Command (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** SPAIN. 15520, March 28 at 1455, new A-21 REE frequency is S9 with silly ballgame to ME, ex-12030; but new N American frequency 17855 is missing, supposed to begin at *1400 weekends; nor on ex-9690 either. More reports here: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,79605.0.html 6950-USB, March 28 at 0030, ``Weak Radio`` IDs, the ``Radio`` repeatedly echoing, and some unreadable talk, and off.
